Backhand Society – Return & Store Credit Policy

At Backhand Society, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer store credit under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required — the receipt included with your order must be provided.

Store Credit

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.
  • Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the full item purchase price, including any sales tax paid, to be used toward a future purchase at Backhand Society.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping fees are not reimbursed.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
